• Personalized Stress Insights: HESO provides personalized daily stress analysis to help you track your emotional well-being over time. These insights empower you to better understand your stress triggers and how to manage them effectively.
What to Expect During Beta
As part of the HESO beta, you’ll be getting early access to features that we’re continuously refining. Here’s what’s included in this initial version:
• Interactive Conversations: You’ll be able to engage with the AI across various topics, helping you manage and reflect on your stress levels in real time.
• Stress Level Tracking: We’ll monitor your emotional responses and provide detailed insights on your stress levels based on the conversation.
• Personalized Daily Summaries: After each conversation, you’ll receive a summary reflecting the key emotions and stress points of the day, alongside helpful AI suggestions.
Note: As we’re still refining some features, your input is vital for further improving the experience. Areas such as stress analysis, tone effectiveness, and usability will all be under close review. Currently, daily summaries and stress analysis are provided the following day, around midnight. Please note that time zone differences may result in variations in the exact timing, but rest assured that these insights will be available to you by then. Your feedback on these features is especially important as we work to make them even more accurate and timely in future updates.
How to Provide Feedback
Your feedback is essential for improving HESO’s performance. We value your insights on:
• Tone Effectiveness: Does the AI’s tone feel natural and appropriate for your mood? Are the responses engaging and helpful?
• Stress Analysis Accuracy: Does the stress analysis feel in line with your emotional experience during the conversation?
• Overall Usability: How easy is it to use the app? Are there any issues with navigation, conversation flow, or features?
To ensure we can make the best possible improvements, we’ve made it easy for you to provide feedback through two channels:
1. Rating for Every Conversation:
• After each conversation, you’ll receive a summary and a list of keywords that represent your discussion.
• You’ll be asked to rate the conversation on a scale of 1-5 to help us understand the quality of your experience. This allows us to quickly gather feedback for each conversation.
2. Feedback Page:
• If you have more detailed thoughts or suggestions, you can submit them through the Feedback Page found in your settings.
• Navigate from Home (Dashboard) -> Settings -> Feedback to express any concerns or detailed feedback you have. This is the best place for in-depth suggestions and comments.

As you begin using HESO, it’s important to remember that the AI learns more about you the more you interact with it. Over time, the app will become better at understanding your unique stress patterns, preferences, and emotional triggers. By using HESO consistently for multiple days, you’ll experience a more personalized and refined approach to stress-relief journaling, with the AI adjusting its tone and insights to better match your needs. The longer you engage, the more the app will evolve to help you manage stress in a way that feels truly tailored to you.

1. Sign Up for the Beta: If you haven’t already, join the beta by signing up on our website

2. Download the App:
IOS Users : Once you’re in, download the TestFlight app. Once your emails are approved, the HESO app will be available to download through the TestFlight app.
Android Users : You will need a separate authentication process. Once your emails are approved, a separate link will be sent to your email for access. Please be sure to check your emails regularly.
3. Start Journaling: Engage with the AI, reflect on your day, and see how HESO can help you manage your stress in real time.
